We process the name, email address and message provided in the contact form, and any optional company name and telephone number. Our hosting and WordPress security features may also process technical data necessary for operation.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about our products and services. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Email and hosting
This website runs on WordPress. Bit Form stores form submissions, and contact details are managed in FluentCRM on our own website to follow up enquiries. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Our business email correspondence is stored by Google Workspace.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, or to make a complaint, contact us at info@aissistme.com. We aim to respond within 15 working days.
